THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP ON PERFORMANCE TO WORDS LECTURERS  AND WORKER STAFF A Study Comparative Both Of High School Economics And Islamic Religious  Institutes Latifah Mubarokiyah Suryalaya

ABSTRACT

Stand and development of a business entity or organization a lot of facts that affect it, such as the patterns of leadership and employee performance. A leader is one of the decisive element in developing an agency or organization, an organization's success or failure is determined by the qualities of a leader.  The purpose of this study was: (1) To determine the leadership in stie LM Suryalaya. (2) To determine leadership in IAI LM Suryalaya. (3) To determine the performance of faculty and staff at stie LM Suryalaya. (4) To determine the performance of faculty and staff at IAI LM Suryalaya. (5) To determine the effect of leadership on the performance of faculty and staff at LM Suryalaya stie. (6) To determine the effect of leadership on the performance of faculty and staff at Islamic Religious Institutes LM Suryalaya. (7) To determine differences in the effect of leadership on the performance of faculty and staff at both institutions. The method used in this research is descriptive method to the type of case study. The data used in this study is a type of primary data da secondary data. As for the population in this study was the entire faculty and staff stie LM. The sampling method used is to use accidental sampling method with the number 37 and LM 58 IAI. Analysis tools used in this study is a simple linear regression.  This study presented results show that: (1) Leadership School of Economics Latifah Mubarokiyah in value reasonably well, evidenced by the median value (ME) for leadership X by 53.3. (2) Institute of Islamic leadership in value Mubarokiyah Latifah Quite Well it is evidenced by the median value (ME) of 61.378. (3) Performance faculty and staff School of Economics Latifah Mubarokiyah in good value, it is evidenced by the median value (ME) of 67.41. (4) The performance of faculty and staff Latifah Mubarokiyah Islamic Institute in value reasonably well, it is evidenced by the median value (ME) of 59.26. (5) Leadership High School Economics LM positive effect on the performance of teachers and employees of 18.9%. (6) Leadership Islamic Religious Institutes LM positive effect on the performance of teachers and employees of 45.2%. (7) There are differences in the effect of leadership on performance and staff lecturer at the institute of Economics and Islamic Religious Institutes Latifah Mubarokiyah is shown with 2.21 tcount > ttable 1.977, descriptively Influence of Economics and Leadership at Islamic Religious Institutes Latifah institutions Mubarokiyah equally positive effect on performance.
